CloseStuhl aus drei ungleichen Teilen 1 / 1

Stuhl aus drei ungleichen Teilen is a series of individual chairs made from three pieces of pine wood. The pieces are not cut into identical forms; instead, their natural shapes, branches, irregularities, and traces of growth become part of each sculpture.
Only dead wood is used, no fresh or living wood. Beautiful fallen branches and pieces of pine are selected for their character and assembled by placing the three elements on top of one another. A hole is drilled through the pieces, and a wooden stick is inserted and fixed with glue, creating a simple but strong connection between the parts.
The result lies somewhere between sculpture and furniture: each piece is a unique object, shaped by the material itself, yet functional as a seat. The chairs are individual, tactile, and made to last, preserving the natural character of the wood rather than concealing it.
